Personal Challenges

This challenge works on the principle of self-care, harnessing the power we all hold as individuals to influence our level of wellbeing. It is a simple, but highly effective way to engage staff in a personalised wellbeing programme – anywhere, anytime.

The programme asks participants to make a pledge to improve their health and then tracks their success.

Everyone is asked to make a pledge

The programme starts with a launch communication and is supported by a weekly bulletins to engage staff. We provide a 4 week set of announcement materials

Participants who opt in are invited to download our health tracking app to write their pledge and track areas of their wellbeing that they feel will improve their mental wellbeing – e.g. relaxation, yoga, sleep, exercise, switching off. We provide a link to the app specific to your organisation.

If participants choose, they can connect to an online health coach who provide guidance, information and the occasional nudge to kick start and motivate participants.We provide an online health coaching team over the 4 weeks.

This is not a therapy programme and will not provide counselling or psychotherapy, it is a personal wellbeing programme. It will however promote support options if available.

 

Companies choose one company wide challenge

Employees also get the option to sign up for a group challenge on a common topic which runs concurrently.

Leader boards

Employees can view their progress against colleague through their live leader board and chat with others.

 

Employees join whatever they choose

Employees can sign up as an individual and/or join any challenge..
