Overall as an organisation, Liverpool University HR had an average of 87% task completion between the teams. This equates to more than 4 out of the 5 tasks being completed daily – people stuck with the challenge.

The team challenge has lead to a healthier working office. A bit of competition in the office has helped build on relationships throughout the office. What a great experience! We all had a laugh but at the same time it made us think about what we were eating, drinking and how we could build in exercise and relaxation into our day. We spurred each other on and enjoyed the challenge…after all, it was only 4 weeks but we made some changes to our lives style permanently. Carol Mills, HR Director
